Cancellations or rebookings made less than 24 hours before the booked date may be subject to a charge. If you frequently cancel or rebook at short notice, you will be asked to pay in advance in the booking system. Bookings canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded if paid in advance. This policy is to assist our scheduling and staff at Robyn's Spa.
