Robyn "La Jeunesse" massage is a soothing and relaxing form of massage therapy that uses soft, slow strokes and light pressure to promote relaxation and reduce tension in the muscles. It's often used for stress relief, relaxation, and to improve overall well-being.

Our Ancient Thai Massage is for those who like a stronger massage

This style of massage involves the traditional practice of the masseuse walking on your body, slowly kneading your muscles and taking extra care of particular painful areas you may have, also using knees, elbows and hands.

The massage will also finish with a head massage.

This is a particularly good choice for those who wish to remain clothed during their massage.

Currently our most popular short massage

This massage combines various Thai massage techniques and is particularly suitable for trying out which one is most comfortable for you.

Robyn's Thai massage begins with slow but firm pressure in general, working from the toes and soles of the feet to the tips of the fingers, then to the top of the head and back again.

This is followed by the application of our massage oil and gentle but firm rolling and kneading of the muscles, paying particular care and attention to areas of greater muscle tension.

After this step, hot stones are gently rubbed over the back of the body from the feet to the hands and neck. Particular emphasis is placed on areas with pain or tension.

The final step of the massage is a facial massage and face mask to restore hydration.

This massage was developed by us to reduce stress, promote and support sleep and rest and above all to relax.

Soft background music or nature noises and individually adjustable light colors complete the experience.
