Preparation of your Massage experiences

For all types of massage there apply some rules

Maximum 2 persons can be treated at the same time.

The client should be healthy. The Client has to fill in a form that we provide for download or by email. In this form the client is asked about different medications and and illnesses. This should ensure that the massage does not damage e.g. known broken bones, weak tissue, allergic skin and much more. Its for both sides to ensure a good experience.
An other document that has to be signed is a Data Regulations Statement because we have to keep record about our clients because of tax purposes and health documentation. We guarantee that we keep these records confidential and under no circumstances the data will be provided to 3rd parties.

We cannot treat people who have been drunk.

All massages are made preferably on appointment only

For new customers, payment may have to be made in advance. This may differ for regular customers.

Special massages must always be paid for in advance, as we reserve time and space for our customers and are happy to prepare the spa according to customer requirements.

We do not provide any sexual treatment.

Forms

To prepare a massage and to ensure a healthy and enjoying treatment you have to answer several questions about your body conditions (Anamese). Please download the information restrictions in place to protect your health and well-being. These questionnaires are also available prior to treatment at Robyn's Spa. There is no massage if the forms are not filled in and personally signed before the session starts.
